Started in 1990, FDH Properties has been serving students in Kent for over 20 years. We're more than a run-of-the-mill realty company--we care about our properties and our tenants. When you have a dog, finding a property that allows your furry friend to live with you can be difficult. This isn't the case at FDH Properties. For an additional $50 per month, you can have your best friend at your side without worries.
24-Hour Maintenance
At FDH Properties, we know that emergencies can happen at any time of the day or night. We service our tenants 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Lanscaping & Plowing
Weather in northeast Ohio can be unpredictable. Our landscaping and snow removal is not.
We have a team of FDH employees who cut grass, dispose of leaves during the fall and remove snow during the winter.
Distance to Kent State
All FDH Properties are within a mile radius of Kent State University, making your walk to campus both short and safe. Living closer to campus means that you can save both time and money.
Lease Length
FDH Properties lease lengths are for full year (12 months). Each tenant is given his or her own lease to ensure the rent is paid. A security deposit of the first month's rent is expected upon signing of the lease.
Utilities
FDH Properties pays for all Trash and Recycling in the Kent area. Utilities vary from property to property.
Water includes Sewage as well as Water.
